See this over spicing thing stresses me out. Especially with the way Nigerians abuse Curry and Thyme. Why is anybody putting curry and thyme inside fried egg?? Why are you putting 10 cubes of maggi and a cup of crayfish inside a small pot of soup? Why are you dousing soy sauce into everything? My theory is, a lot of people cannot cook. Instead of learning the basics of cooking with the right amount of heat, putting ingredients at the right time etc. they cover it with over spicing their food
