Entertainment as per usual 👌🤦😂. 1) NEVER underestimate people's stupidity 👍. 2) ALWAYS make sure you've got fully charged batteries on modern motors. EVERYTHING runs on electric. A slightly discharged battery it can throw up all sorts of faults / fault codes !

Tbh I've just got a 1 owner, main dealer fsh corsa on a 15 from Abs, 1500 bid, so 1700,i don't think you'd best that private, 64 plate, 45k up, 3200 bid, again can't see someone privately taking that, got a repo 59k bmw 316 on a 63 for 2100 bid, most privately are 6k,had to wait for v5 tho, needed tyres and paint, but a cheap car.

Always check the last v5 issue date on a car check, if it's recent then don't bother going

Good idea private, if there genuinely private owners, I've bought 7 recently from Astons and yes all problems, I just find these days most adverts are from pretend private sellers, pay extra for a salvage report when you hpi them as I've been caught out recently. It'd be nice to come out of the auction with no issues, broke down round the corner from the auction the other day, came back in limp in another 2,wheel bearing ready to collapse on another, no massive problems but enough.
