That is seriously awesome for a stock car. I just picked up an '05 Turbo with minor damage that I'm fixing. I'm not planning on doing any crazy offroading, but I will be taking it hiking and some trailhead roads are super rough.

Thanks for the video. Very helpful. Have a 2010 H3T Alpha. All kinds of issues with this board. Pretty convinced it’s the board. Won’t shut off with key. Have battery drain over night. When I touch board. Everything comes to life. Indicates the board or a short in there somewhere. Problem is GM discontinued this board. Seems the H3T is different than my previous H3. Can’t locate one anywhere. My shop supposedly found one in California. But not sure it’s a scam. So going to try your refurbishment service and see if that works or find the problem. Seems pretty simple. Just time and patience. Tried to find a shop that refurbishes fuse blocks. So far nope. Will let you know. Thank you for info! Very helpful. Gary - Michigan.

Where did you find your fender flares? Link? I will be installing a step like that on the passenger side front only, for my wife. I love the look without nerf bars and it makes my H3 look jacked up higher and I have no children around to have to climb in anymore anyway. Nice job!

Hey mate looks awesome. I wonder if 265x60xr18 would work on the cayenne without a lift kit , with no rubbing. Besides that just wondering how are the monsta all terrain tyres feel on the road ? I run Falken wildpeak at3ws they are aweosme , but got really expensive now. How’s the performance in wet conditions ?
@hsvh3hummer942 Жыл бұрын
I had 265/60x18 in BFG KO2’s in the past on a 03 Turbo stock air ride. It rubbed ever so slightly on the plastic in wheel well towards the intercooler. Nothing a heat gun and some RE shaping couldn’t fix. The Monsters have little road noise but nothing you wouldn’t expect for a A/T tyre. I wouldn’t say they are great on road when pushed hard you definitely feel some under steer going on. Average as a wet weather tyre. Fine for normal driving.

Thanks. I was wondering if anyone has thought about building a new billet block like they do for the eco inline 4 for high compression. Allows you too run different pistons. Could change the game for an inline 5 build in a hummer. Although it’s not cheap too do. It would keep the build too it’s roots.

@hsvh3hummer9422 жыл бұрын
Hi mate. The h3 has a mount either side as seen in the pictures that you need to space down. The 3rd mounting point is under the differential pumpkin to the cross members which is spaced down using four plates to lower the cross member Hope that clears it up for you.
