Imported from Russia then put the factory flare on top to get extra width for road registration

The coil spring is the top spring of a 10” kings coilover shock.

Hi is this the model number H3 Old Man Emu CS059R. I called CarID and they said that it does not specify whether they will fit or not. I just need confirmation on your end. Also will the ARB Leaf springs automatically come with the bushings?
