I only like a few songs, so I wasn't going to get it on vinyl. But since I found it on clearance for $9, I thought it was worth it for the few songs I like. I wouldn't pay full price for it.

I collected LOADS of albums last year, but only 2 were actually released last year: Balance presents Dave Seaman & Quivver ANNA - Lisbon GU46 Everyone on the Trance and Prog House forums were raving about them, but both are quite forgettable IMHO. I got to the point a few years ago where I no longer care when something was released, only if it's any good. Maybe I'm getting old. LOL.

Interesting, but I feel the same way. I'll only get a new (or old) release if I like it/consider it good. You definitely collected more older albums than me last year!

I think the oldest was from 1984 (Manuel Gottsching - E2-E4.) I haven't listened to most of it yet. I think I started listening to really old stuff from before I was born around your age, maybe 21/22 or so - like (underground) Disco music from the 70s, which was quite different from the "pop" disco everyone is familiar with. "Larry Levan Live at the Paradise Garage" and "Frankie Knuckles (from your city Chicago) - Choice a collection of classics" are the albums that got me into it. It was interesting to go back and hear the roots of modern dance music. I've become a big fan of Jean-Michel Jarre and Tangerine Dream in recent years too.

No Gravity and Finally were also among my favorite songs of 2024! Swedish House Mafia and Zedd are “2” of my 4 favorite artists of all time, so makes sense. Your comment makes no sense. Yes I was talking over the song to avoid copyright but that’s part of reacting. Not sure what you mean by “repeating” words or verbs. My commentary was not repetitive and I didn’t say a lot of verbs either. I explained my thoughts and criticisms so they have meaning in this song reaction.
