Northbridge pool is great! Our boys were in the swim team there when they were young and took swimming lessons there as well. It’s Nice to be able to join the pool there for the summer even if you don’t live in northbridge .

I love our older neighborhoods. Northbridge and Sandhurst are gems! And the homes range from cute little ranches to stately colonials. Something for everyone. Thanks for a great vid, Nat.

Hey Nat, great video! I rent in West Ashley just off Sam Rittenburg, love the area, close to work, but the rent prices are insane! But the interest rates and home prices are even worse! That all being said, I work on the peninsula and my unit was activated to ride out the storm in the medical district. It was predicted that the peninsula was going to experience "Historic Flooding"..... nope. I've seen worse flooding on the peninsula during an afternoon thunderstorm than I saw in the 3 days I spent on the peninsula.

@@Not_The_FBI_1992 yes, everything is pricey… If you get to the point of buying a home, at least you’re putting your money into something that you can get back out later as opposed to rent… But of course, time and everything else needs to be right for that to happen. @@NatWallen-Realtor-Charleston I dread the thought of renewing my lease for a 6th year because of how much its increased since 2019. But its such a nice complex, well taken care of, great neighbors, awesome leasing staff, and beautiful property. But I have very little options at this point.

If you were in Pittsburgh as I am born and raised, you’d call it “Nat n’at” as that’s how we say “this and additional things”. It’s our goofy slang but people put it on license plates and everything up here.

Always nice to see a post, hope you're doing well Nat. Most people don't buy/sell often, so I think if you're willing to go the extra mile to explain things (which I know you do), then you will have an advantage over other agents who were doing the minimum and still collecting the same commission.
