Gary so underrated by the so called top best guitar magazines, how can they put the likes of Keith Richards ahead of him, so much Feeling when he plays and sings, SADLY MISSED.

What an amazing soaring version. His guitar tone is just screaming. He keeps doing new things with the song, and that last blues riff he throws in at the very end is absolutely amazing! He rarely plays in the blues pentatonic, it's amazing how much he avoids it, and then when he throws in a bluesy riff, it's one of the greatest riffs of all time. God!

So here's my deal, Jeff tells a story with his playing and solos. How it is interpreted might be subjective, but I feel this song has emotion, angst, and last but not least, Resolve.

Jeff Beck has died, aged 78. After a 60-year career, he was as brilliant and inventive as ever, as relevant and as honest. No one played like him. 'Where were you', where he created those amazing sounds with a simple Stratocaster and a lot of skill, is a testament to that.
