Thank you Ms. Lyqa! I just entered in college as a 1st year student and I'm feeling really pressured, it's hard for me to focus, I can't sleep properly, one small mistake and I'm already overthinking. I have all this what-ifs scenarios and it's just exhausting. I've heard of this message before, but I haven't been able to fully grasp it during that time, but you've explained it thoroughly which made me understand it more. I sometimes think we're the harshest critics to ourselves. It's easy to say to myself, by practicing positive self-talk is really difficult. I hope that I'll-- or to whoever is reading this, will be able to fully release the pressure one day. :>

Been there coach. Nasabihan ako ng bff ko na super competitive na daw ako kasi naging cold siya kaya nag prangkahan kami, grabe iyak niya tas ganun pala hinanakit niya sa akin. Kaya yung mga plano ko na grumaduate na may honors nawala. Nawalan ako ng gana na mageffort to be one of the top sa klase. Daming na disappoint nga eh. Pero okay lang naman parang napagod din kasi ako kakaeffort sa school tas ganun pala tingin nila. Parang nakahinga din ako kasi tiniis ko wala akong permanent friends sa school almost kaaway ko pa. Nung di na nila nakikita name ko sa honors list wala na silang nasasabi tungkol sakin.

Watching this brought me back to my Science Class Program experience in my high school. It was totally a different HS experience! Aaand I am grateful for it when I chose a science program in college (Food technology). Unfortunately, the Science Class Program was stopped when we graduated in HS, it was decided to be discontinued due to the K12 transition.

Sana po maicontent niyo din po yung when you should know to stop chasing a certain dream na gustong-gusto mo iachieve, though knowing na pinaghirapan mo naman , you are capable of that, and deserve mo naman. To the point na , bata ka palang pinrogram mo na sa mind mo na you will be like this or that ,then nung dumating na yung right time for it, malalaman mo, di ka pala para doon. Ang sakit lang ...

Thank you so much for this ❤ I grew up in a very invalidating and ambient abusive home, but hey, theyre "wonderful" at times. The psychodynamics of abusive manipulative people, with a certain public persona, but jts diffrent story behind closed doors. It really sucks u dry overtime......
