I just entered in college as a 1st year student and I'm feeling really pressured, it's hard for me to focus, I can't sleep properly, one small mistake and I'm already overthinking. I have all this what-ifs scenarios and it's just exhausting. I've heard of this message before, but I haven't been able to fully grasp it during that time, but you've explained it thoroughly which made me understand it more. I sometimes think we're the harshest critics to ourselves. It's easy to say to myself, by practicing positive self-talk is really difficult. I hope that I'll-- or to whoever is reading this, will be able to fully release the pressure one day. :>
