Good comparison. It's hard to describe the difference in feel of the Mobius screen with FeelWrite 2. I've had it on my A5X for over a year and it's just so much better than the Nomad.

Have you tried it with a 45w charger? I have one but it didn't come with a charger and my phone charger is 45w I don't want to damage it

Boox devices are good in theory, but why can't they be more user friendly and less intimidating? I have 2 of these things - a Note Air2 Plus and a Go 10.3. Both were difficult, and a bit baffling to set up and I often run into problems. For example I ran the latest update on the 10.3 and it froze part way through. The instructions said not to switch the device off but, after several hours of nothing happening, I did switch it off and on again and the update finished without problems. The Note Air2 Plus has recently added about 12 blank notes to my notes for no good reason. And so it goes on. Are these devices intended to be useful consumer devices or IQ tests for people with post doc qualifications in IT? I will probably not buy another Boox device.

I like Boox products, and good review. BUT...nothing said about privacy concerns. Boox is made by Onyx International Inc., a company based in China. Their corporate headquarters is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong. I'm concerned about privacy matters, especially in today's environment.

I would really like to see an in depth comparison of the Boox Go 10.3 and the Manta. I'm really stuck between which one. The durability of the Manta ceramic pen nibs, ad storage, and slightly newer tech (1300, etc...) is appealing on that side, but the Boox let's me have android apps like Google books which I use a TON. I don't want full tablet functionality with every single app available, but there are a couple that I would really like.

Does it have a left hand mode?

Thanks for answering my question regarding the writing experience. Interesting that the plastic vs glass can be felt, even if minor. Even these minor things add up as we put on thousands of hours on these devices.

Waiting on your full comparison of the functionality of the A5X2 vs the Boox go 10.3 before I purchase. I know I want one, but I don't know what one yet...

Hey kit, can you try applying the feelwrite 2 film over the boox Go 10.3 and using the ceramic nib pen on the boox to see if the film+ceramic nib pen combo improves the writing feel of the boox? And how does it compare to the nomad and mobius screens of the supernotes? I saw the Vladamir Kostek did a similar thing by applying the feelwrite 2 film on the Remarkable 2 and used the ceramic nib on it, and that seemed to improve it’s writing feel for him, i wonder how would the boox Go 10.3 would feel with that film, whether that would improve it, or make it worse

I'm considering the Manta and this might be a tough question for you, but which pen would you recommend (can be Supernote store options or not) for lefties who write with a bit of a hook?

Received my Go 10.3 for Xmas … because of you! 😡 no just kidding THANKS to you! It’s not very intuitive, not that difficult either. I’m still exploring it, but I so happy to be able work on OneNote, Word. The screen is unbelievably clear. So far, I m really happy with it.
