Good video. How much did all the parts cost. What did you save in doing the change yourself
@ColinMichael-Artist
@ColinMichael-Artist Ай бұрын
Thanks. The cost filter and the cap to undo around €40. But this depends where you are. I those triumph parts. You can get cheaper but not by much. Oil I can't remember but that's the big cost. Saving for me around €120. Most important I could do in my time. Not s garages. It's easy to do. Good luck.

Thank you for this. I did the video because I had the same problem as you when searching. No one showed the underneath clearly enough. The only think I noticed after filming is that maybe I should have done it from the left hand side. But I chose the right because of the side stand. Probably silly but hey it was not a great issue. Anyway cheers mate and happy safe riding and doing your own maintenance. 👍

It us simple just type in Google Dartflycsreens for triumph bobber...or something like this... it's all there. It is also extremely easy to fit. To the point that some months I take it off...to be cool and more naked 🤣👍. To be honest it's just takes a little wind of the chest, you notice when to take off more than when on. It does though defect bugs but again a small bit. In all it's more cosmetic and I have had it on and off for 3 years now. Safe riding. Colin.

Hi Michael thanks for uploading this video. I also bought and installed Motone's riser and spacers on my 2022 bobber. Only concern is it safe for big potholes? Seems like all the shocks from bad road or potholes come to handlebar as well and worried that it might break apart . Please advise Regards K.Brar
@ColinMichael-Artist
@ColinMichael-Artist Жыл бұрын
As to safety i cant give you a definative answer. All i can say i first riser i hsve been using for 3 years with no problems at all. The new extension i had on for a month, the found my wrists were in the wrong ergonomic position and my it made my thumbs hurt to., though i have not up date to say the they are off. Just make sure the bolts under the bars are tight if anything thats the weak point, not the motone parts. Safe riding.
