1. back hand, foot across body and throw -palm on outside rim, all fingers curled, shoulder, elbow and wrist lever. wrist snap. disc on a line. 2. forehand. throwing to out to side -2 fingers on each side of rim. thumb pinching index finer, firm grip no space between hand and frisbee -elbow and wrist lever. keep frisbee flat, elbow back wrist back, elbow forward wrist forward. 3. Hammer skipped -same grip as forehand. overhead, wrist snaps forward like football and follow through
