Mabye heating up the innerrace of the bearing with a small propane burner to proxy 80°c would help to avoid loads of elbow grease and sweat just a hint.😂😂😂 but looks like elbow grease seams cheaper then time.

That bearing bushing finally came off because it got hot and expanded. If you would have made it hot first, it would have been easier

This is completely insane watching them work on replacing these bearings. Everything done wrong and somehow it's works. Just remember Pakistan has nuclear weapons. I wonder how well they take care of those. 😮😮 😲

A little solvent, diesel or gas, to clean that shaft and a little emery cloth would have helped them a lot with removing and installing the big pulley and the bearing, especially the pulley. The press fit, bearing inner race, was going to be tough anyway, but a light buffing would have helped get the new one on. "Coulda, shooda, wooda. Oh well, looks like they made it. Respect and empathy for these hard workers, always.

When there's no regular maintenance it's obviously clear things will brake down... And replacing these bearings simply by using sledgehammers shouldn't provide a long lifetime...
