So I am following your steps, I can't seem to get to a point that the rotary chuck is lifting off of the baseplate when I level the bottom of the tumbler. Can you advise?

Why won't mine print a test page

fist video i watched for a sublimation tutorial and you were the best at explaining everything so well! this is exactly what i was looking for when i searched for a tutorial on this and you showed me everything i needed to know as a beginner. now i feel like i'm going to be successful because of you lol no joke but i can understand you clearly which i love, the steps were cleared, you didn't make it sound confusing or complicated for me to understand like others do. I just wanted to say thank you for making a sublimation tutorial because without your video i would of been so lost.

I'm trying to make kiss cut tiny mini icon stickers for my planner. I made a circle shape and then added the png and flatten the 2 together. When I print & cut, will it just print the icon and then cut the circle? Will it print that different color I chose for my circle?

I love your videos. They are straight to the point without a lot of blah blah😄One suggestion for those of us who have some sensory issues even with certain music. I found myself getting a bit annoyed by the constant repeat tune the way l do when I’m put on hold. Maybe use some orchestral music that has a long play and no repeat. If I’m the only one with this issue, ignore me😉If the music doesn’t change, I’m still here to watch your videos ❤

ALSO, second, I followed your dimensions in silhouette studio for the 18oz and got it printed then realized I only had 16oz and 20oz cups lol. I went ahead and used it on the 20oz cup and it was fine but could have been a little bigger!!! Do you know what the dimensions would be for 16oz & 20oz OR how did you figure that out?!?
