I believe the lightened area on the one ceramic mug design was caused by pressing both mugs together. I wasn't surprised that the one came out perfect and the other one didn't. Even if they are the same exact mugs there may be an ever so slight variation in size where the press would not make perfect contact with the one mug. It may be so slight that you couldn't measure it with a measuring tape (just as an ever so slight air gap would do). You may save a few minutes of time by pressing both together but it may not be worth it. Just a thought. I enjoyed the video though!

How do u tape down the wrap on the tumbler? I seen on the mug tye second time u just tapped the wrap but on the others u had a few sheets of wrapping? And the wrap do u print it offline?

Hi. I bought the HTV RONT during cyber Monday and got it today. I’m a bit disappointed. I already have it a test run using a 30oz tumbler. There was ghosting on the top and bottom. I turned the tumbler around a few times and to attempt to get the entire tumbler pressed. I most probably will be returning it.

I wouldn’t put 2 different size in there at the same time. The smaller one would most likely mess up.

I would love a tutorial on how to size and print the 20 oz images. Do you leave an overlap etc? I’m scared to get a white line in the seam

Great Tutorial, just got my mug press but having problem with the heat tape marking the mug, I'm using the tape that came with the machine. Any help would be very much appreciated.

That's interesting🤔 i never had that issue. Could be a defective tape? Try another tape. They have them at Michaels stores. The purple one from cricut is for high heat. Maybe try that one.

Make sure when taping it's on the paper and not the tumbler.

I understood that tumblers don't need to be rotated in this machine. Is that not true? Thanks so much for your tutorials.

You can use painters tape for the top and bottom to avoid the ghosting.

Painter's tape? Wouldn't that burn and melt the adhesive 🤔

I got mine did 7 tumblers and I loved it Now all of a sudden I got the E1 message on the screen. I turned it off and unlugged it then restarted it and still E1 got no help at all. Does anyone have any tips.

With this tumbler we don’t need to rotate the tumblers or mug. Nice video
