Maybe try washing your hair with water when you shower and only using shampoo when you really need it? My hair was thinning and would not grow beyond a certain point. It was always falling out - and still does to some extent - but it has grown much longer since I stopped using shampoo regularly and I think a bald-ish patch along my parting looks less bald now. (I'm in my mid-late fifties and nearing the end of my menopausal transition.) My hairdresser suggested the above. I think she believes that chemical products can be quite toxic to the hair follicles. Initially, I reduced shampoo washes to once a week. Now, I use shampoo maybe once a fortnight. Might help you and others, too?

Amazing! I love your videos! Would sprouts (alfalfa, fenugreek, etc.) work instead of leafy greens? I'm just wondering, since we sprout at home, it's easy to ensure we always have them on hand by sprouting daily. I can get the leafy greens, but they're not organic and a bit pricey. If leafy greens are the only way, though, I'll definitely buy 'em! 😁

@jacquelinedella-santa2451 ah ok. Dr G doesn't worry too much about what fruit it is, just that it's the sugar that makes the medicine go down. You could just use bananas. I love frozen strawberries. Costco have lots of different combinations. Good luck with it.😊

The fruit is mostly for taste. Many use banana to thicken it. I always use juice of half a lemon to cut the grassy taste. Stick to the recipe she gives. Yeah, you can use an apple or pear for the fruit. . Greens are the important part make sure they are cruciferous. Like she named. Spinach, kale, broccoli,

Dr. G. I'm gradually working on better nutrition but I am not able to carve out the bad stuff fully, that's why I want to try one of the ideas that you mentioned in an interview with your husband to just "add the good stuff". But it's hard for me to eat the raw veg. Could I also steam veggies to make them more palatable? I heard about the hack and hold technique, and that it "saves" Sulphorophane content. So it should still be healthy?

I know flaxseed oil doesn’t taste great but I add Braggs amino’s, apple cider vinegar, a ton of garlic, salt, pepper, and it’s delicious. The strong flavours of the vinegar, the Braggs and the garlic, overshadow the bad taste of the flaxseed oil.

17.43 - Acne - I’d take out the flax seed oil from your smoothies & salads to see if that makes a difference. Flax seeds are whole plant foods. Flax seed oil is processed. Dr John McDougall addressed this on his website.
