the 100 on the Ans is not 100%. its the return code. when you look this up in the troubleshooting manual (parts recognition error) it will give you more detail about the returned code. example is ANS=46 this means Lead Float error. the true error code in the manual would be 43046. but a very good video on how to do parts recognition settings.

I bet... No. I can demonstrate, scientifically for you... why. ... the real professional BGA Rework Station wasn't invented... yet! You speak about... pizza machines, popcorn machines, or Santa Claus cuisine, not about BGA Rework Station(s). "All that know nothing, choose to teach" - look in continuation the GhatGpt opinion about that quote... " Ah, I see. "All that know nothing, choose to teach" is indeed a quote. It reflects the idea that those who lack knowledge or understanding often pretend to be experts and are eager to teach others despite their own ignorance. This quote underscores the importance of humility and continuous learning. It suggests that true wisdom comes from recognizing one's limitations and being open to learning from others rather than assuming a position of authority without the requisite knowledge or expertise. Hubris and Ignorance: The quote suggests that there is a correlation between ignorance and arrogance. Those who lack knowledge or understanding may overestimate their own abilities and assume they have sufficient expertise to teach others. This hubris blinds them to their own ignorance and limitations. False Authority: Individuals who know little or nothing about a subject but still choose to teach may assert false authority. They may speak with confidence and conviction, leading others to believe they possess expertise when, in reality, they do not. Misinformation and Misguidance: Teaching without adequate knowledge can lead to the dissemination of misinformation and the misguidance of others. When individuals with limited understanding impart faulty or incomplete information, it can perpetuate misunderstandings and inaccuracies. Harmful Consequences: In contexts where accurate knowledge is crucial, such as education, healthcare, or technical fields, teaching without expertise can have harmful consequences. Students, patients, or practitioners who rely on inaccurate information may suffer as a result. Value of Humility and Learning: Conversely, the quote emphasizes the value of humility and a willingness to learn. Recognizing one's own limitations and seeking to expand one's knowledge through continuous learning fosters genuine expertise and understanding. Authentic Teaching: Authentic teaching comes from a place of genuine knowledge, experience, and a desire to empower others. Teachers who truly understand their subject matter can inspire, educate, and guide others effectively, fostering growth and understanding. In summary, the quote "All that know nothing, choose to teach" serves as a cautionary reminder about the dangers of teaching without expertise and the importance of humility, continuous learning, and genuine understanding in education and leadership." Nothing personal... with you, only with your lack of... professionalism. So... I win the bet... buy me a beer. If you don't believe that I won the bet... look here... kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6vVapaqo5pjZ68 . Give me a link with a more accurate rework profile and... I'll buy you a beer. the tool that does that rework profile, I personally develop from R&D to production, a one-man show. ;) BTW... at MERIT... after that, I look at what garbage you have... you know nothing about electronics science. yep... the electronics... IT IS A SCIENCE!!! I bet that you only have... "IPC... ass paper certificate"

Sounds like a lot of money spent learning something that barely pays over minimum wage. I have worked in SMT over 30 years and you can take my statement as gospel. Additionally this classroom has the stink of Bill Timms on it.
@meritelectronicmanufacturi3401 Жыл бұрын
I think a lot of time the lower pay comes to those untrained and inexperienced, companies will always pay more for experienced workers. With the fantastic movements in products made in the USA, especially for aerospace, automotive, and biomedical and we've seen companies of all kinds, some with single lines come out and create good jobs for people. I recommend reading more into the community college bachelors degree in which the training from MERIT is based out of: www.lorainccc.edu/engineering/bas-mems/ The bachelors degree is strongly based in PCB manufacturing starting with IPC J-STD-001 hand soldering in the first year and working a way up to SMT line programming. It's career facing in-that a paid working experience is required to graduate, tailored by our local industry, and one of the most affordable bachelors degrees in Ohio at $16k for the entire degree. My favorite stat, 10 years, every graduate of our program hired, 75% of all students hired after 1 year of training. The proof is in the facts, though I agree some change is due, several companies have traditionally hired in low, but they hire our trained students for more which has been great to see.

Hi, how much does this class cost ? Almost anywhere pays operators minimum wage.
@meritelectronicmanufacturi3401 Жыл бұрын
Training class is about $1000 USD per person, I think the wage depends on where you look. The US pays much higher than min wage for SMT operators, even higher for designers and SMT machine programmers.

@meritelectronicmanufacturi3401 Жыл бұрын
EMMC reballing is totally worth it for data recovery, I could see that. I think i'm using the Hakko T15-1402 hakkousa.com/products/soldering/t15-1402-blade-tip.html Something close too it, they're intuitive to use, but do take care of them to make sure they're clean after use, very important for long term use.

The polarity mark is first added in the pick & place program, DGS. After it is added, it must be dialed in conditionally on the NPM-W2. We teach extensive classes at this here at Lorain County Community College, it's a big part of our bachelors degree. I'll try to show how this is done in a later video.
