Pregnancy needs to come with a warning ⛔️ sign. 🤣😂😂😂😂😂 because first trimester IS kicking my ass. I’ve been throwing up water y’all, I can’t train much. I have to each like a toddler as well. If I eat too much I get nauseas if I don’t eat I get nauseas 😭 it’s been hell.

Wow, I started doing this probably well over 7 year’s now. However, I stumbled upon this method accidentally. I have thick hair, small hand’s, and pain in my back. Some hair tool’s are too big for my tiny hand’s and will stress my hand out, causing it to either cramp up or cause spasms. Instead out of desperation I randomly started brushing my hair with the brush upward (it worked and allowed me to take come pressure off bothersome areas).

Comb/brush all your hair down and start from behind your left ear start going around your head until you get to the front of your head you can pin it with two hair pins then keep going around until you get right behind your right ear put the next pin then wrap the back until you get to the top of your left ear you can the use a third hair pin and get the shape filling in the pins as you go keep smoothing the hair in the circle as needed with practice you’re hair will begin to become trained don’t forget to try and make the circle tight and smooth that way you still have some bounce to it when you comb/brush it down I hope you understand what I wrote best of luck to you 🙏🏾❤️😊

The spacing on most brushes wouldn't really make it matter...it's more how u flex and move ur hand/wrist. Ppl tend to push down.

Hey cosmetology student here! Number one tip is to use a paddle brush. It smooths and grips the hair. And it catches more hair because of the bigger surface. When you brush the front half of your hair, Bobby pin as you go. If you brush from the front left side, pin on the right side & so on. Placing your hand at the top of your head helps to hold the ‘swirl’ you’re creating too. Happy wrapping!
