Hey this might be a bit too late but mabey it will help someone. We found that the lights don't respond well if hooked up to a charger. Hook them to a battery for testing they will work fine. At least they did for us. Hope that helps someone.

Try use different rgb remote might work out happned b4

I’m having the same issue, has anyone actually figured it his out? Mine won’t even come in just a quick flicker and yes I’m getting 12v to each one.

My friend just installed these on his show truck. I found the negative battery terminal was damaged on the new remote. I had to pull the remote apart then resolder the terminal to the circuit board. The remote is RF the LED on the top of the remote lights up red when it is on.

Mine just flicker when u push on off switch they sent new whips same issue so it must be the controller tube thing I have contacted them waiting for response if I hook my other set up they just stay on in white so I think it’s the controller tube they use to work new in October been parked since all winter

Hold the white button down for 10 secs then you should be good to go I just had same issues now they work perfect

you need to check your eyes man, your clearly using the pink one and calling it red. but that sucks there not working for you, maybe i wont buy this brand.

Same problem and I ordered a new remote. Tried pink and red buttons. Mine worked soon as I hooked it up perfect but stop working.

sometimes the controls have a plastic guard to save the battery from discharging while sitting on the store shelves. you can try opening the battery compartment and see if there's anything in there second thing you can try is open up your control and see if the battery is making good connection with the power prongs and third you might got a defective ir reciver on those whips.

The Remote looks like it's an IR rather than an RF remote? If that is the case it will need to be pointed directly at the IR receiver. Is the base of the whip the receiver?
