나는 국적적으로 한국인이다. 이 노래는 한국의 과거를 상상하게 한다. 나의 역사적인 조국이 가난했다는 것이 믿기지 않습니다. 그러나 지금은 위대하고 발전된 나라가 되었습니다. 😭❤️❤️❤️

Oh my god. My two favorite cultures just got put together and i 8000000000% have been waiting for this. Ive always compared the two countries in that they are both divided, and yet constantly tried to be over taken by other countries, although korea isnt an island it may as well be. But both cultures developed well on their own and they are both cultures that were in fact quite happy and didnt need to purposely try to force it upon others. I guess these things could be said about other places but theres just a similairty between them thats undeniable. Probably why i like both of them haha

At 0:39 is a hell of a pair of parasols! So sad that the Cheonggyecheon fell into disrepair before being covered by a highway. It is great, however, that it has been restored after the crumbling elevated highway was removed, even if they did extensively modernize it. Now will one or more of our native Korean friends please translate the lyrics into English?

Makes me realize the culture of our ancestors are fading away.
Korean women sang this song when they were under Japanese colonialism. They were storytellers. They killed men, tortured women, and exploited them physically. History is painful.

I don't know but I can't contain myself, the sadness I felt everytime I listen to this song. I can't seem to describe it with words. I am not Korean but I really love Korean traditional/folk songs. This kind of music gives me chills and at the same time too much emotions. I wonder if I am Korean in my previous life. 🥺😭😭😭😥
