This is the best designed boat in the world, it can survive class 6 and is used in low-head damn rescue, I'm happy it was created, but it's not even comparable to watching a true pro tackle this river in a kayak

Got a question for paddlers out there...in serious whitewater like this, doesn't look like there's time to set up, body leaning forward and sweeping back with a paddle to execute a roll. Whatever side you're on, all you have time to do is bring the flat of the paddle down hard and snap your hips...is that correct?

I wonder what those water crafts are materially made out of? Seems safer in design style? Thank you for Sharing. ❤

See how the improved system keeps them up and a float! I thought of these years ago and people would say you were stupid or dumb but look at them now. They are the best vehicle all the way around. Accounts for everything in every way for ultra enjoyment and safety.

Chasing a log the size of a tree down the river... Wow! And yikes! Logs aren't exactly the kind of paddling partner you want, and it tells you just how big that water is.

tell me about your tether cord please. it seems like a tether is really necessary but also increases your possibility of drowning if it wraps on a rock or log... especially of your board is on the other side of the obstacle. Adjoin to hip and Velcro quick release?
@IcicleTV

Yes, we use releaseable leash in the unfortunate circumstance that your leash gets wrapped around an obstacle. We are currently using the NRS Quick-Release SUP Leash. Thanks for watching!

That stretch of the Wenatchee is insane. Miles of crazy white water that is awe inspiring just looking at it while driving down from the pass. Total insanity to raft it. As you can tell, the river more or less just washes the raft down. You can't really control anything in this mayhem.

These guys probably would of died 5 times over if not in this craft. Maybe add some nylon straps to the seat framing to make it easier to highside in those extreme moments?

Hopefully no one ever watches this video and thinks running tum water caynon is possible. People need to know this guy was world class. If you attempt to run this is a raft or cataraft you will die! If you go into that river and wash away from your boat you qre a dead man and doesn't matter even with life jacket. Creature crafts have made this run but raft is designed to be able to flip whike keeping oarsman above the water and strapped in. Unless you are one of the best kayaker in the world or own a Creature craft and have balls of steel. Do not think you can run this part of the river!

I guess that design just keeps a raft from going 180. Still goes 90 which is still quite dangerous. At that water level I guess the rock wedgies are submerged.

Those are insane rapids! I live in Idaho and I would love to try the Selway, Lochsa, River Of No Return, Snake, Imnaha, Bruneau-Jarbridge and Owyhee rivers. I've only done the Swirly Canyon section because my co-worker and his brother were rafting guides in West Virginia and they have their own raft (I believe the raft they own is the famous 'Ruby' raft you see in Grand Canyon images and has Ruby on the side of it). That was fun as hell! I need more now.
