What comes to physics is simply the sensation that 3D gives, the momentum works well, now, the function of the spindash and the momentum of Knuckles' Glide are another story. They fixed Tails' flight, allowing you to descend more quickly. The ost isn't bad (except for the fang theme and how short the boss themes are), it's incredibly disorganized. I've seen people justify the price, it's not worth it. The base game is okay, it's fun in my opinion, but if you sell me a product at full price, make the rest of the content worth it

the main story mode is really fun and I find myself replaying stages often with different characters since I genuinely enjoy the stages (bosses not so much though) but Trip's story is where the game just went downhill for me, absolute garbage mode.

Not to mention the final nail in the coffin. The PC version of this game is Incorporated with a third-party DRM from Denuvo. Which is the ultimate reason I sleep on this day. Like I did with Sonic Color Ultimate when it became available on Steam and mentioned it said DRM anti-temper. Coming from me. Who thought bring out Paradise Remastered and Dirt 5 on PC. Which all have in common. Has Denuvo Anti-Tamper. And it required me to use the EA app to run the game while Sonic Superstar requires me to use Epic online service for the online bits.

In the first half of the video I had the feeling that you had already decided that you disliked the game before playing it but when you said that this game's controls suck I knew that was the case, this game controls exactly like Sonic Mania, you can find comparissons online that prove this, any difference in how the game feels is because of the art style (3D models feel heavier in general than sprites, regardless of controls), sad that you disliked it but I really think it's not because the game is bad, I think you dislike it because of the prize, the fact that it's not a sprite game and, in general, looks like you already had an idea in your mind of how a new classic Sonic should be and anything else would not be liked by you.

Well, I finished playing by now the game (buyed the deluxe version on ps4 that was available for 49$ (yeah, talking about the version of 70$) And I can't agree with you honestly, I finished the original history and I'm going by trip's history now (the new masked character), I gotta say, I enjoyed a lot the game, the normal game. Trip's history tho, seems like the bis mode of Sonic Mania without the colours change, that's the actual bad thing I can tell (plus, in the main history the difficulty goes wild in random moments) Yet, I respect the opinion even with so many disagrees
