As a PA for pick I would LOVE to have you own my team. You're in your own zone, constantly working and just trying to make that money. Do I care that your recording, yes and no but at least your not ON your phone making a phone call or sitting on any totes so I would walk by and not say anything to you.

That would be considered very slow in Japan Amazon Warehouse. Bottom is 350UPH, and top goes up to 470UPH+. I used to work way faster than that and Manager would always come talk to me to see why I was not up to speed rofl. He wanted takt time to be 8secs and UPH to be at least 400.

Not the correct way to pack. Amazon ships smiles and you put every single box on the line on their sides. That's more how afe does things, not singles

is transferring really that difficult because I've been with Amazon for 5 yrs now for Flex-time (4 h). I'm trying to transfer to a station that has full or part time. I was told by hr that I have to quit and apply to the site that has FT or Pt but ill lose my peak wages.

There is a monitor in-front of me that shows pictures of items and there is also a indicator that tells me which items and from which bin I should pick the correct items simple and easy 😊
