is transferring really that difficult because I've been with Amazon for 5 yrs now for Flex-time (4 h). I'm trying to transfer to a station that has full or part time. I was told by hr that I have to quit and apply to the site that has FT or Pt but ill lose my peak wages.

@@superiorios4471 no transferring is not that difficult and no need to go to hr you can just open a-z and open transfer opportunities and apply for whatever position you want thats it

You think this is bad?Try working at FedEx...this is a cake walk vs FedEx and you get paid less at FedEx.Also not all Amazon's packing departments are the same.My buddy works 4 days out of the week and gets about 8 hours on avg and at times works a little more plus he can pick of shifts on off days if he wants.You can't do any of that at FedRx.
