There's a minimum general level for this strategy? Or it's doesn't matter low level general's (by low level I mean 50 level general's)?

Higher the better ofc but as long as they have enough combined HP to bait the enemy missile silo, then you're good to go! You can always drop a protect as them as soon as you deploy them

Arashiii that was pretty awesome. Nice explanation. FYI, I tend to deploy me transports before the meat shield. So their timer is sooner for the far side corners.
