Artifacts - do buffs for infantry buff the infantry spawned from APCs?

Yes, they do. Any "Heavy Infantry" buffs e.g. damage or hp will buff troops that spawn from APC. Also I believe any lines such as "All barracks troops damage/hp" will buff them also! Same for Munitions. Any munitions applied to heavy infantry will buff the troops spawning from APC

There's a minimum general level for this strategy? Or it's doesn't matter low level general's (by low level I mean 50 level general's)?

Higher the better ofc but as long as they have enough combined HP to bait the enemy missile silo, then you're good to go! You can always drop a protect as them as soon as you deploy them

which munitions would you recommend for each troop?

Think i'll need to do a whole to cover that properly. I currently use: mortars: obstruction transmitter+field kit, artillery: HAV ranger finder+Comms relay
