Hey toasters I’m a game I recently found that if you extinction event a plant with anti hero(in my case poison ivy) front it and then clear the zombie. It will have 4 attack instead of 3

Not really. This is actually an improved strategy that just happens to remove the one item use. Aside from Annoy (whose item equivalent is the exact same), each skill or follow-up is important and more necessary than any item would be. Basically, older strategies have Hero use Sno-Cone to fully heal Aubrey before she used Last Resort. This strategy instead uses Call Aubrey, because the extra damage dealt does more than the extra damage a full HP Last Resort would do. The intended improvement is to remove the use of Curveball and the one in three chance tied to it, and the extra damage is enough. It just so happens that the whole run is now itemless, hence the title.

one time i was replaying omori and i was at this boss fight and i figured id get him to the 3rd stage emotions everytime he can for an extra challenge. so i made sxh furious and unfortunately my party was all depressed/miserable from sxh. this guy sang and reverse nuked me

That's a snack that you can find in postgame Black Space (Omori route). It heals 50 HP, and despite playing the stats down effect it doesn't seem to do anything.
