Superb finish there Wayne, I can't remember seeing the Colad UV fine putty used over a large area like that before was that just to level it or to fill pin holes🤔 Maybe none of the above🤦♂

Very nice job there Wayne and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I do like the Colad UV putty as it cures fast even with my little lamp it's only around 10 seconds but I do tend to apply thinner coats to build it up, I also like the Final Systems UV primer in the rattle can as I don't use it that much so it seems to keep better👌 Thanks as always for your videos👍

HI Wayne, great video and a good demo on repairing PUR which you said is a bit more difficult than other plastics, am I right in thinking that if you use the metal staples in a plastic you should remove them after the repair is done, as you demonstrated you can't use them with a PUR moulding🤔👍

If ur going to use 2000 either way then you don't need to waste ur time and money on the tool...
@petreticu6008Ай бұрын
For denibling maybe you are correct, but for runs that tool is fast and cuts a lot faster and safer than paper on the sanding block.
@damageundoneltdАй бұрын
For runs I actually now prefer a different method that I have loads of success with. The blade is great but only on fully cured hard paint, otherwise you could risk snagging it

Hi great video just wandered what’s your thoughts on the colour matching for octorol waterbase and do you use a camera ? Regards
@damageundoneltd4 ай бұрын
Hi I have both the colour chips and the Spectro, which I now wouldn’t be without. On a whole 90-95% of the colours are a good match. There are the odd ones that I then need to get mixed in another manufacturers paint. I personally don’t think that there is a a system that is 100% perfect. I have been using octoral for almost 10 years and I am very happy with it
