Hi! I love your videos but can you make some more te content please i have mild te on shampoo days i shed like 20-50 at max and the density is kinda lowering its been 4 months and the shedding is kinda reducing but how much longer will it take to go back to normal state? My hair growth is decent but shedding is whats making me feel uncomfortable ... I used to have very thick straight hair now the density is lowering in top its affecting my mental health :( ...

Using a wide tooth neem comb and litttllextra cocooionn herbal hair oil and shampoo has made a good improvement in my hair fall. My hair is less likely to hair fall and also looks smooth. This blend really works for hair fall reduction.

I started using Cooconion’s shampoo since January 2024 when I encountered a severe hairfall issue unexpectedly. Since then, I’ve continued using it because it’s highly effective and it’s gentle on your hair. I use the shampoo with conditioner with each wash and have definitely seen improvements. I’ve finished a few bottles and will get a new one soon.

Since I began using llitleextrra cocoonniion shampoo and hair conditioner, I've noticed a nice decrease in hair fall. My hair feels softer and looks shinier. When I used other shampoos and hair conditioners, I experienced more hair fall. Additionally, I've started using a derma roller, and I think is also helping reducing hair loss.

I want to thank you for the suggestion to just remove excess water and not to put your hair up. I suffered a trauma late last year and lost a lot of hair. Today is the first day I didn’t put my wet hair up and twisted under a t shirt and the shedding was a lot less. Just leaving my hair worked very well.

I had pneumonia in January and was hospitalised for 19 days. Loads of hair is coming out, I’m down to at least 50/60% less. New growth is visible, the anxiety is high. I’m doing lots of self nurturing practices, some work some don’t. If I knew how long I think I’d settle more. It’s the second most stressful thing I’ve experienced in my life.

In May it will be one year ago that my hair started to fall out. Since then the hair loss has decreased, but it's still falling. It has been and still is soul crushing.. Everytime I do research about TE, I read that the hair loss phase will take about 6-9 months, so it worries me that it is still going on. I'm just searching for people with similar experiences that can tell me that it will eventually stop and that it will grow back.

Hey Lauren, and thanks for this video 😊 I just wished to share my experience about this topic with others. I am suffering from telogen effluvium for about 2 years now. I am currently 32 years old. I visited bunch of doctors within these 2 years, my endocrinologist, ginecologist, dermathologist…but nobody kinda had the right answer why is this happening. It seems like if the stressful event caused this 2 years ago, but I expected my hair to recover from that at some point. Oh well, so far it didnt recover, it had ups and downs, but currently my hair is shedding again :/ I could notice that I had a bunch of new hair growing at some point, but unfortunately even this new hair fall down, even though it was only 5 cm long. But as Lauren said, I am kinda not stressed about it 😊 and I am kinda not fault for this, so all we can do is to wait and do your best with your hair care 😊 I am also trying to be disciplined with healthy food and going to the gym 😊 and you know what people? I think when you are doing your best to fight it, you just kinda stop being stressed about it, because you are exactly doing your best and you know, you cannot do more than that 😊 so we just wait and stay optimistic 😊 and as my dermathologist said - we are not losing our hair, it is just falling. The new hair is growing, the thing is just to make sure it wont come to this resting phaze too soon 😊

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, but still have (or had) thick hair until I began the medication Leflonomide. I started taking it in late June, and in August my hair began shedding, and falling out in clumps in the shower. 😢 In October I said "Fuck this shit" and discontinued the medication. It's been about 5-6 weeks since I've been off the medication, but the excessive shedding/hairloss when washing continues. I'm trying so hard to be positive (at least it's not patchy, bald spots, etc) but it's scary. I am desperately hoping to be over the excessive shedding by the end of this year, or sooner. Hope everyone is doing okay. Hugs. ❤

trying to not stress out when noticing the sudden vast shedding is... fun luckily yeah the symptoms lined up completely, mine was caused by nutrition deficiency, no doubt about that. I was literally starving myself with the sole purpose of "seeing what would happen"

I had COVID that lasted around 10 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I started to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hairfall. Thank you for this video! I'm feeling so much better.

I disagree. My TE following a bad flu was severe. I never got over it. Lost half of it in 2 months and kept losing it. Stumbled upon pumpkin seed oil and massaged it into my scalp. It stopped TE overnight, completely.

Here's a tip- Keep in mind, the bulk of the population grow 1/2 inch per month- which is 6 inches per year root to end, and 12 inches for two years- 18 inches length will take 3 years...this is NOT a fast recovery. Hair does not grow fast. (was a stylist for many years, we have to learn all about these little details. ) Thanks for the compact/timeframe details Lauren. Yours looks lovely!

I know this is an older video, but if you are like me, when your hair starts to fall out in clumps you get desperate and watch a million videos to help your hair! For me the the quickest way to get your hair to stop shedding and start regrowth is stop shampoo and use Apple cider vinegar 2 times a week as a rinse in the shower! Then I use a tea mixture and spray that in my hair as a leave in every other day. Moringa power(or henna powder), clove powder, hibiscus flower, green tea, black tea, and a few drops of rosemary and lavender essential oil. Steep in a large glass jar for 8 hr, strain, and spray all over scalp and let dry. Works best if you have dark hair. In one week my shedding stopped! And like she said take vitamins and trace minerals, and eat healthy!

me too bro, i’ve been super stressed from work… pretty much was skipping breakfast/lunch. eating about once a day, so i’m sure stress and not eating for that long triggered it. anyways i’ve always had long thick hair and right now it’s shedding (bout 2-3 months now) but i’ve fixed my diet , added vitamins to it, i also am lifting/doing bjj training. so hoping this will fix and give me my thick hair back!! shit is awful feeling lol, im gaining lbs since i’ve started eating again like crazy, so if i am gonna be bald well i guess i’ll be in shape… but damn

I’m 20yrs old and started experiencing extreme shedding after having Mono in December 2022. It’s now June 2023 and my hair is STILL shedding soooo much, I really related to dreading showers, I hate running my hands through my hair and losing 20 strands in one sweep. I was extremely stressed when I was going through the health stuff, like EXTREMELY STRESSED. I think the stress + compromised immune system really just obliterated my hair follicles. I’ve been diagnosed with TE by one doctor, i’m currently working on getting another doctor to check me out because i’m afraid of it being AGA or the TE unmasking the AGA. So far most of the thinning is diffuse (all over) with the thinnest parts of my hair being my sides and back crown area. All hair falls out with the follicle and my hair has become very dry and brittle. Ive begun taking vitamins, b12 complex, sea derived biotin, vitamin D, Iron capsules, Turmeric, Reishi, and Zinc, as well as eating a high protein diet. To hydrate my hair i’ve been applying hyaluronic acid, it’s been really helping me keep my remaining hair soft and hydrated. I also apply it on my scalp and it REALLY helps with hydration; I use the laroche pose brand. I’ve been working out more recently and trying to remind myself that if it continues to get worse there’s always wigs and that my hair shouldn’t be something I rely on so heavily. Getting over it is really tough but it really is the first step. I hope all of our hair loss is resolved and I’m grateful to have god guiding me throughout this journey! I pray for y’all and send you guys love ❤

@@rahelahaque375 Hi, my hair has honestly been getting better, I have a lot of re-growth towards the front but my back crown area is still really thin. I believe the supplements + change in diet helped me the most. I take vitamin d, iron, nourkin, vitamin e, b12 complex, and occasionally vitamin C. I also have begun taking probiotics and eating a lot more fiber. I strive for 30g of fiber a day. My shedding has minimized but my hair isn’t what it used to be. I also began oiling my hair once a week, i think that’s also helped especially with the overall health of my hair strands. In conclusion, my hair has improved since july-june but still isn’t what it used to be before my shed.
