You can also just set down your teleporter pyramid in front of the gate, put the other one in the inventory of your highest-initiative character and as soon as the fight starts, teleport everyone back down. That funnels all enemies through the small gate, which you can easily turn into a flaming hellscape.

this is one of those games i'd never replay just for this segment alone, the only reason i forced myself to do this it's because how close i was to finishing the game. and if you think they learned their mistakes with DOS2 you are dead wrong....

lol didnt even realize there were videos linked until the game was already over. i just read the stuff from the ssenkrad(sp) blog while playing tactician mode to level 9, said fuckit, and did honor mode with 4 rangers. really nice thing about multiple rangers, you can streamline lots of abilities and talents, for example, don't need anyone to tell me i dont need charisma, light stepper, petpal on both pc's, pretty obvious just put one on each pc and free an extra talent. taisana sondre and elessa can all build into near perfect rangers, just 5% less damage. game is easy early-mid, as you play them like 4 mages, and then late game you blast everything in one turn, don't even need glass cannon

so a non main character can buff leadership? i tought leadership can be buffed only from 1 of your 2 starting main characters

These guides are still v useful thank you. At the start of the game, crafting grenades is hard. Empty bottles can be stolen but not bought. Bairdotr is level 3, and has Loremaster 2 but no smithing or crafting. So you can't combine bottle of oil with fuse to make grenades.

I don't get it, in my play through he didn't summon those crystals. I just dropped a few static clouds with a bow and he just sat there taking damage. I equipped all the party members with water wands and he fell pretty quickly. I also used an ice wall scroll. Like you said the first couple of tries he caught me with the meteors dropping 30 fireballs and completely wiped out my team. I've setup a perimeter of vases so that his minions couldn't pass through but got bombarded with the meteor strike. Rex just stayed back until its minions fell. Only one got caught with the meteor strike and was wiped out. I was surprised it was that easy I was expecting a long analysis of how to isolate and pick them off one by one :) You can also use a summoning spell to begin the fight and have rex meteor strike your spider of whatever. That makes it a lot easier. But using the door as a choking point also works well.

See that crossbow big gun on the ship? You can use that to decimate all of the skeletons pretty quick. It also gets rid of the Leader pirate in one shot. Just keep the leader talking with your one character while you get on the ship. You're welcome.

Instead of finishing a sentence you wander off talking gibberish half the time, and something as easy as "You will need a pair of Slow immunity boots at a later encounter" that you turn into a 2 minute ramble is just annoying..

This is a very difficult boss. Need a lot of attempt for a rng luck to stun luck her at least for a couple time and manage to kill her on tactical mode. This where game is a bit unbalanced eventhough you have higher level. Enemies has higher damage than your. Every enemies turn could destroy your team. Environment effect give your disadvantage by slow your down. BTW Good strategy. I never though to use pyramid and master scroll like that i kept save it l since it's too expensive to get.

What was the point That Ghoul guarded that abandoded lighthouse ? Nothing worth to guard. I don't see he had connection with Samson inside that Lighthouse.

its just so much easier to CC any boss in the game just by getting 2 or 3 witchcraft for drain willpower. Each point of willpower gives 15% resist chances, most bosses run with 5 willpower so thats boss resist (100-5*15)% * spell chance to hit (like 120% with bonus to high int) ->0.25*1.2 = 30% chance to hit With drain will power you get 100%+ chance to hit with will saving throw CCs like stuns and slow which is very nice for 2 AP as it to give 50% bonus damage to phys DDs with bully talent Then you just use oath of desecration and finish boss before it can do anything

Thanks again for the helping video. it was short and on point. i love that. to many people don't know how to do that anymore. i had stopped playing the game for 6 years and had the weapons before, but for the love of it i could not remember anymore from where and what to do. withing less then 10 minutes it had all 4 weapsons and every part 2 of them , so thanks. btw the bow compared to others is magnificent. it has crit and 250% crit damage instead of normally just 200% for bows. just some trivia ;) not all of these weapons are only average.

A bit late but your guides made my tactitian run so much fun!! My party is oo strong I got even better gear than yours but I was very aggressive with the shopping. I recommend using the +3 ability book on the dual-wielding wizard to pickup MaA 4 for Flurry and I do believe in fact the crafted +1Dex belt from lvl 3 is the best you can get for Ranger in the game!!

I found this guide a bit disappointing because I was trying to find the location of the second chest, and the intro to that section said it was in the "immaculate trial" which simply wasn't accurate. This is in a separate dungeon from the immaculate trial, and the only connection to the immaculates is that it's south of their village on the map. I assume that was just misspeaking in the moment while recording, but that also could have been cleared up by showing on the Lucilla Forest map where the dungeon was (another video did so to good effect). The video then referred people like me who were still lost to "one of your other videos" which again was disappointing when I don't know which other video to look for. And for all the mention of your guide... why not link to the guide's section on this stuff in the description? I find the disclaimer about this being confusing because it's not in a guide to be misplaced. I think it's best for a public video to stand for itself to begin with (perhaps make it unlisted if it's just for the guide), but I don't think there's confusion here because it's not alongside the guide. I think the confusion is on the merits of the video, as I described above. Wanted to bring this up because I also came across the Mcwishing well video, which I found similarly disappointing. And I felt it inappropriate that you dismissed complaints on said video as just "bitching" because people weren't also using the guide.
