I did my FIRST injection of Zepbound yesterday on the back of my arm and my side effects are horrible!! I’m actually thinking about not taking it anymore that is how bad I felt.

Being on compounded and 15mg tirzepatide for 3 months and now fighting to drop the last few pounds I have tried a higher dose. I have no side effects besides constipation and besides the higher dose above 16.6 that Mochi provides I have gone a couple more without problems but I only do it 1 wk and go back down so I don't get used to that dose. I could lose 5 more pounds.

Thank you for sharing this, Dave! I decided to take a break from Zepbound since I am at my goal weight and just trying to maintain and fight sugar cravings most of all. I don’t really need to restrict calories so much as my nighttime candy cravings. Well after a few days on this DNF-10 I realized I wasn’t having ANY sugar cravings. That never happens lol. I also noticed I wasn’t at all interested in my nightly glass of wine. That is no coincidence 😅 I didn’t notice much the first few days but after about three days I definitely noticed a powerful reduction in cravings even better than Zepbound, which I feel my system has gotten used to in some sense. I think I’m going to combine it with Zepbound, particularly towards the end of the week when the craving suppression starts to wear off but part of me wants to just try this on its own and see how well I maintain with the supplement alone. Idk but thank you for sharing this. Once it builds up in your system, it really works! At least for me, I hope for others too

I lost insurance coverage for zepbound in January.(my last shot of 7mg was the last week of December). I haven't changed my diet or exercise routine. I haven't lost any weight at all. I gained one pound and stayed there. It's frustrating. I'm on a 1,200 calorie deficit.

Great information & inspiration! However some of us have been cut off by our employer or insurance. So there goes the year or 6 months of success and takes us back into the battle of weight issues.
