You have to make sure your files are in the same location and then when you open command prompt you have to make sure you go to that directory.. For example both picture and program are on the desktop.. Then open command prompt and type cd desktop Cd stands for change directory. If ur commands are not being entered where the files are located it won't be able to find them to bind them

No. This will NOT run the .exe. All this does is hides the .exe in the .jpg (you can NOT make a .jpg run an .exe). In order to run the .exe it has to end .exe. You CAN spoof the file extension (make .exe look like .jpg), but it only works locally, and once loaded u lose the extension and it looks very suspicious. Bind your .exe to something else if you need it to run (like another .exe).
