I lived in a home once that was first home built in that development, my home was never in the HOA , but yet got sent letters for 5 years on what I owed them with threats, once I sent them a letter telling them that I would sue them for harassment because my was never part of the HOA , of which I sent them documentation to prove do , they quit sending letters . No empathy from me. I survived being ejected by a drunk driver who t-boned my auto & left for dead. I was 30 years old when that happened and was just promoted and the 1st female VP @ a financial services company. I spent 7 friggin years inpatient/outpatient at a physical rehabilitation hospital. Now I'm 62 and have had to go to a pain clinic every single month for 25 years to help me manage the chronic constant pain. It sucks. And many days I wish I didn't survive because no one wants this kind of life. So if you drink & drive screw you. 🫤
