This is so Sickening. They clearly got a description of a "Man with a red hoodie" but the Police killed the guy in his underwear who is fighting for his life against the man in the red hoodie and then gets shot by the Police who were meant to save him. AND he gets a paid vacation for doing it. WTF!?

A man who call for help and we're talking about policy and paid vacation leave for the officer. Wouldn't common Sense? Tell me that the person in the underwear probably lives at the house, couldn't you? Tased him pepper spray why go to deadly force over a knife that's not even being directed at you. Then on top of shooting him and dropping him with the first shot. You shooting five more times and it isn't to secure or stop a threat because not one time and that entire process was the cop ever in danger such bull
