Let me explain it to you, the song is about how arab jews (Mizrahi jews) who fled the arab countries due to persecutions and pogroms came to the state of israel and faced the mistreatment of the ashkenazi jews who considered themselves as higher and superior to the mizrahi jews, they view the mizrahi jews as primitives. Them singing the verse "here it's not yemen" is like quoting what was said to the Mizrahi jews by the ashkenazi jews who tried to change the mizrahi jews from continuing their habits from arab countries, the mizrahi jews were more religious and cared for their Torah books and religion, they had more children than the ashkenazi jews, so the ashkenazis felt the urge to make the mizrahi like them, more secular, less dependent on God and religion. They basically viewed themselves as more civilized and the mizrahi jews as the primitive savages. The song reflects the silent "war" between Ashkenazi jews and Mizrahi jews.
