Oh thanks so much for this video--it brings me a sense of hope! I am a maker of beautiful & practical things, which I do for the joy in the doing & sharing with those who "get it." Also I'm always fascinated with the old hand-working ways and the old society-working ways. What an inspiration to know what's actually being accomplished at this place. Thanks for sharing & thanks for the "breath of hope & relief" for my heart & head.

OMG, I want this. I would love to open an estate bakery and brewery/distillery or a bed and breakfast with my wife. Hell, why not all of the above? How much is a 5-acre plot? LOL.

There is so much wasted space in this house. It could've been easily 2 beds type of house.

Nice to see them using horses, I've been working horses for 35 years and never heard of this place. Nice community. I'm getting to be an old grizzled bachelor now, and do wish there were these sorts of relationships in the wider outside community. Working all alone with no help can sometimes be overwhelming.

Another great episode. Thanks so much for this visit to this unique community & to see how society could be, with shared ideals & goals. In this case, there's also exceptional leadership.

After the brewery it was the Albion Water Company into the sixties. The shipyard workers housing surrounding on the hill above became housing projects in the 50s. So this is now lightly filtered runoff. They stopped bottling the water after the radioactive dump caught fire in the late 80s spreading radioactive ash all over Hunters Point hill and the flats. It’s about a kilometer away. They have built modern condos much closer to the dump if your looking to buy in San Francisco…

Surprised no mention was made of Aaron Green, the local SF architect and former Taliesin apprentice, who took over the project after Wright's death and saw the project through construction.

With such a wholesome lifestyle it would be for city councils to watch and 'evolve' their communities. And watch the world burn up/down

At first I was more or less okay with this apartment. Yes, its so very small, super tiny, but its still livable. That was because I thought that second door led to a bathroom. But then he said that he shares a bathroom with 4 other neighbors. So that door doesn't led to the bathroom. It is not a closed. So basically he lives in a room😑 Why do they keep calling it an apartment

The fridge and the stove are out of proportion in that thin hallway. In other to make the kitchen more functional in terms of space, she needs to get smaller appliances.

Throughout this video I see huge amounts of money having been invested, 2000 foot well, solar farm, and everywhere upscale trim and furnishings fit for the tourism trade which seems to be the only income producing aspect. I suspect that the 1200 people who live here all came with substantial investment capital. It portrays the image of a simple peasant village yet is financed by the wealth of modernity. Amish communities never have the ‘bling’ this place has.

Interesting that the commercial break was right as she said people were displaced from their homes in order to build this space. And then nothing after that sentence. Where did they go? Were they given support?

What these people are sitting on is amazing- if you’re not familiar with the old world / I’d advise that the residents loook up Tartaria - this property should actually be looked at by professionals and professionals in properties of water - that water is not for beer and may contain healing qualities like the water baths of the temples of set in Egypt. This is a property that the elites / the international jOO world order government doesn’t want the people to know about - this is a goldmine for archeologists and soul seekers looking to undercover the mysteries of the universe -
