I've just completely rebuilt a 2015 nissan versa cvt transmission with a remanufactured valve body, all new seals and clutches. Kept the original rom and tcm. I have an Icon t8 scanner that allows me to reset learned values, calibration, g value, cvtf deterioration. Is that good eneough to use the car or do i still need to do more? I havent used the car yet as I'm worried to damage it before its properly set up. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. The T8 scanner does have a function for new control valve reset, but its faulty and doesnt complete the function, it freezes and hours later nothing has completed.

Halo i replace torque converter for engine cuttings off while gear selecting D and R mode... After replace problem solved... But it now delay shifting d and r...and switch off again it work properly

2017 Nissan Altima 2.5 Replaced transmission Vehicle revs fine, works great in reverse. Put into drive, moves for a second and doesn’t take any throttle. When brake is applied and throttle is given in drive, it picks up on RPM. P17F0 code for transmission CVT judder. Does the transmission need to be reprogrammed?

I recently changed my stepper motor &filter on the valve body because I got p1778 code. Now it won't go into gear. Its 2013 Nissan Maxima 3.5l with cvt transmission. I did use Castro CVT universal transmission fluid. But I can't see how the fluid can cause it to not shift into gear. 😐 need help

Hey man got the same car got all the bolts out and wiring but still won’t come out

When dropping the good motor in and connecting the transmission is there a gasket or sealant tht have to be used or just bolt up and keep moving sorry if dumb question I admit I don't know alot about car mechanical engineering

does the engine just slide out after talking the outside bolts out (assuming everything else is disconnected) to get to the torque converter bolts? i have a rwd if that make a difference
