This company sales people said no the oral testosterone doesn’t mess with your blood pressure anymore than injectable’s do. Not true. Shot mine very high. I went back to my doctor for traditional HRT and it came back down nicely. I asked for a refund but no one returns my calls, emails, and texts. Crickets. Stay away from Primal Medical. They’ll take you!

Great discussion on strength studios - some great points and this could be a real win particularly if you have a strength system that provides a real advantage/better mousetrap that is also not so different that members and trainers have to work to understand and utilize it. The Escape LOAD system is a perfect example of this!

No respect for someone that lies and claims he only used natural supplements. He was called “the chemist” just for purely innocent reasons, right. Anyhow, I always thought he was too skinny to be a Mr. O, his physique looked more like it belonged on the Miss O stage. Plus his proportions always looked awkward to me. In the 90s even the original US or Europe made brands like Technogym/Kiser refurbished commercial equipment were very good and lasted for long and was the staple for use in many gyms across India. But later when Chinese made equipment became available easily many investors in the fitness/gym arena who have no understanding of biomechanics or kinesiology preferred these cheap copies made in China because its new and even cheaper than the original refurbished equipment.

All I know is I started doing weighted long length partial pullups tell I hit the sticking point, then lowered slowly and it drastically improved my pullups. I am 45 by the way.

I love Zane. Fit at Fifty! He was the inspiration for my rejuvenation at 55. Yes I've always admired him. But in my older years I feel deeply about this. It brings tears to my eyes. Staying in shape is a gift, it's a privilege and it's given by God. People like Zane are role models. He should be elevated to a leadership role in this country. Of course he would not want that. He's too humble.

Ridiculous take. Protein powder is absolutely a complete, and convenient source of protein. Just make sure you're eating a well rounded, and whole foods diet.

I did a set of negative squats and my legs were sore for 6 days, only on the 7th day could i walk freely with an awareness of slight soreness, so a full week just to almost get back to where i was prior to the workout! Then there is the time required to allow the muscles to over compensate - i train once per month - if you think this is ridiculous, read pages 57 - 59 of the book, The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer re the study done on muscle recovery...and then read it again!
