🧸 My favorite lunch that's helped me is ground turkey, blk beans, corn, shredded lettuce, and a lil bit of avocado cilantro dressing.. it keeps me full, has alot of protein and fiber .... love these videos thank u for the tips

I never ever leave comments on videos, but your beautiful heart truly spoke to me. I am so lucky, you remind me greatly of my own beautiful mom, you guys are so so strong and you never give up no matter what life throws your way. Sometimes I feel week, as I am more inclined to curl into a bowl and feel sorry for myself because of how men has treated me since day 1; naturally, I wish not to worry my mom and tell her about said issue.
