So today I'm sharing with you a Tip that I do after every meal. This really helps me with all the bloating in my tummy. This journey of losing weight after having my 6th baby hasn't been easy. This reason why I am telling you that is because this time around I really want to enjoy the process. I want to document every step of the way.
TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS. LOW CARB KETO MEALS that taste good. IM ON THE ROAD TO SELF LOVE & GETTING FIT (11 months postpartum )

Your baby is just adorable and that food looks so yum my mouth was watering watching you eat. It’s so easy to forget to look after yourself when you are busy. Thank you so much for sharing your tips

I think.u should change the title of this video since there werent actually any tips. U just ate eggs and told us to make time for ourseleves? How exactly do you make time for yourself with 6 kids would of been helpful. I'm a mom of 4 so that's why this video caught my attention and I was disappointed. Your baby is cute tho.

Thank you for this, I don't like eggs much at all either. I'm almost 3 months postpartum with my first child, my baby boy by c section, and I'm trying to get back in shape/train. I breastfeed too so I'm nervous about anything messing up my milk supply. Any tips for getting started postpartum? I don't want to assume that I can do that I used to. Adorable baby and I love how transparent you are in your other videos too ❤️❤️

Nursing the baby is a very beautiful way of continuing to nourish and protect your baby with the antibodies in your breastmilk keeping baby healthier (breast milk really is best). :) As far as workouts, your normal is ok to do and shouldn't affect your breast milk. Just make sure your diet is healthy, balanced and you keep drinking plenty of water. Just know when you eat foods that can make you gassy (raw onions, broccoli, cabbage, etc... it can increase gas for the baby also. So use in moderation. If baby tolerates it well then continue. Some babies are more colicy than others. Hope this helps.
