Actually at rishikesh or a little before rishijesh, the water is so clean that u can drink it. We did rafting and then jumped in water and even drank it. It was sweet. The water gets dirty once it reaches delhi and beyond.

Try Epigemia or Milky Mist for greek yoghurt if you haven't. You can also try Milky Mist Skyr Yoghurt which is a high protein yoghurt and is quite thick. And I would suggest not to use Dabur honey (it is not pure), instead of that try honey of 'Indigenous' brand.
