I've replaced the door seals, hard top seals, spent hundreds of dollars and I still have a pool in my driver floor board after a hard rain. I jumped for joy and clicked my heels after watching this! Just ordered 10 metres of it; had to remove the two floor plugs and leave them off to let the rain water drain out when it rains, of course my carpet still gets wet but at least I don’t have a puddle. Will see if the weather seal fixes it for me.

I’m at the dealer for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler for that exact problem…still under warranty. Let’s see what they say.

This works! The floor has remained dry through several heavy storms and a few trips through the car wash. I can't thank you enough. (Only wish I had tried this before shelling out $120 for the upgraded door seal that didn't help)

walked into the dealership and they quoted me 185$ an hour for water testing. Just to find the problem not even solved it. Told them hand me my keys back and found this video. This 7$ solution is alot cheaper than the kit that JEEPLEAKFIX offers as well. thanks.

I just bought a 2014 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited October 2022. I have plastic flor mats and did not realize the carpet was completely wet. I love this video but was wondering if I can add the rubber gasket on the whole door? I was also wanting to add it to the rear doors. What is your thoughts on doing all the doors?

Thanks very much for the video. Super helpful. I did this but I cut the stripping in half and used one of the two “tubes”. It works great and was a little more flexible when routing. The key was following the path that you showed in the video.

I'm having problems like this but on the back doors, would the same instructions apply? The back doors don't have that button like the front.

I’ve notice more water in the backseat floor than I have up front on my jku. Do you think this will help prevent the water from getting to the back or do you think it would be something else? Thanks in advance!

Good info in this video but in future could there be less movement on the camera as it is difficult to see exactly where to place the weather stripping.

I ripped out the sponge/foam tape under the plastic corner seals at the top front and rear of the door frame and ran this strip under the top rear corner seal and forward and over the front corner seal and down the way he did in this video. Seems to have solved my flooded driver floorboard when it rains/goes to the car wash.

We've had two storms since I did the install, and NO WATER on the floor!! I'm going to give it one more storm to be sure, but I'm looking forward to getting my carpet back in the jeep! THANKS !!

I've already tried two other YT fixes with no luck. I had it at the dealership yesterday to diagnose it, and they said it's $560 😠 to replace the door and muck seals. Going to give this a shot. I have confidence in this one. I'm not paying almost $600 to the dealer!! Has anybody tried this fix with just one "D" strip instead of both from the package?
