Never done this type of meditating before and I'm glad I chose to it made me realize things about myself I thought I already knew. I've never wanted kids and I always wanted to focus more on my career but when u said to envision where or what we want to he in the future the only thing that came to mind is a family I build I felt so much happiness and warmth playing with the kids in this vision it genuinely made me tear up I never thought I would be happy with that kind of life but I'm realizing maybe it's cuz I never let myself believe I would be happy with that life. The happiness and warmth the vision gave me was to an extent I've never felt before, maybe I shouldn't be so focused on career and instead should be more focused on life itself and the happiness I may achieve from it🤍

My older brother also learned how to hypnotize people and tried it on me and my younger brother, but the results were a bit different. The hypnosis worked better on me and not on my younger brother, possibly because I use my right brain more, while my brother uses his left brain more.

I’m just starting this practice. Do you find it’s easier to do things. I mean, if I’m trying to become someone I’m constantly reminding myself that I’m not that person. But I find if I live as if I already am I don’t have to really push myself to do things I just do them. Does that make sense?

I randomly found this video after months, maybe years, of not meditating and to say it was freeing is an understatement. I cried as it made me so conscious of the burdens I am carrying and allowed me to really envision a future where I am my happiest. The build up of gratitude, easing into visualisation was so powerful. Thank you so much!! I’ll be back every day to do this incredible meditation.
