Oh my god! Kinda similar experience. I started to do it sarcastically but it's helping me. Like whenever I dislike some person or place, I just say there's no better place to be than here or god bless this person. I send them so much love. And yk words start to affect your mindset.

I've done the hypnosis three times since finding this video. The first and third time, I felt this subtle vibration and heat building in my upper abdomen. I felt in awe of the sensations but was flowing with it at the same time. I felt a subtle smile forming as I listened. I was getting stuck on what color the protective light was. Maybe visualization is something for me to work on. I felt very relaxed after coming out of the trance all three times. The second time I tried this was about 30 minutes after the first time. I'm so glad more and more people are talking about this. I help people who are struggling with chronic health issues embrace neuroplasticity tools to move away from chronic illness and trauma neuropathways and create new ones of their own design to manifest their future on. Great direction- here’s the overview - I AM PRESENCE only knows Love, Harmony, kindness, expansion- anything less is. NOT your TRUE SELF and hence you will feel the dissonance if you are attuned enough to any lower vibes of anything you perceive over or trigger over .
