When I teach, I prioritise holding space for everyone; I focus on creating a supportive, positive and empowering environment for my students to thrive in. My biggest fear is that someone leaves the class feeling overwhelmed or not good enough. I have experienced this many times as a student, and IT SUCKS. How do you create a positive learning environment?
