I saw them perform this at Reading 1998, just before the Deftones also! Incredible stuff. Love Greg. ❤

If this song and Greg Dulli singing it does not make you want to fuck like a crazed weasel then something is seriously wrong with you.

It sure would be a real gift to the world if a much less flawed transfer of the master of this video surfaced. Mark, if you're listening, try and pull some strings with the gods. I'm sure they fear and respect you as an equal.

This may be one of the greatest live performances played for a terrible festival audience EVER! “Shitty throw!” 😂 The Whigs always delivered the goods.

6:45, crazy how he talks about not writing for several years. I didn’t write anything from about 2016-20 but then suddenly in 2021 songs started pouring out and haven’t stopped since. I’m going to show the world what I’m made of very soon. Greg and marks music will never die because their influence will live on forever through myself and others.

Sad that most of the crowd blatantly doesn't know the Whigs in being there, and their back catalogue. We have pearls cast before swine here, as it were. Just pleased a pro camera crew caught them 👌

I remember when I was doing a season at a summer camp, my grandparents lived a few minutes away. That day I finished early and my grandad put on the movie Papillon 🦋 there was something special about that day so I randomly looked for a song by that name and that’s how I discovered Twilight Singers, and why they’re one of my favourite bands. I also noticed the Steve Miller reference too 🃏

Thanks so much for sharing this. A true Legend performed thi song and touched your soul, You put your style but more importantly your passion into this Classic. Fits the movie well. I congratulate your bands performance. Genius adaptability.

Why was this song not bigger? This song is honestly before it’s time. A mix between Springsteen and late 90’s nostalgia. It was released 1998, but you rarely hear this song from the late 90’s. Coming from a millenial)
