Lots to breakdown here, first of all his attitude was stinking and needs to work on his communication skills. However he is correct ( to an extent ) in saying that you need to gain permission ( not only by the individual) to publish people’s data. I learned today that I legally need a notice on my CCTV camera inside my own home 😂 as any camera that captures a face or even biometrics is covered under GDPR. As you know Im not a fan of the ECHR and I dont mind people circumventing it , just try keep yourself right DAS 👍🏻 Ill let you know how my exam goes 😂
