What a change to watch one of these drone / audit videos without all the arguments , AYE AH KIN FLY OVER , NAW YEH CANNY , I OWN THE PLACE , I,LL CALL THE POLIS . Also Sandylands , brings back lots of memories , my father bought a caravan here when he retired , I was 16 at the time , I.m now 57 , we had a good few years there , I had my first pint there in a pub in the middle of the park ( its no longer there ) . I wonder if anyone remembers the name of that pub ? . Cracking video .

You in "Finport" then? 🤣🤣 The outside parts of the Still Game episode "Saucy" was filmed on Saltcoats seafront. . My sis in law's pal had a caravan down there and she ended out getting rid of it. She said it was like running 2 houses with how expensive it was. And if that site is open all year for owners, they will have to pay council tax on it as it will be classed as a dwelling. The security guy was bang on. Another good one from you, wee pal 👌🏼👌🏼

Thanks Strawbs 🤗 I’m telling you know about everything lol, ah I didn’t know they used Saltcoats in Still Game 🤔 Yeah I can imagine it’s not cheap with site fees never mind paying for the Caravan as well the one I zoomed in on was priced at £65,000 😮. Yeah the security guard was sound good when they don’t have an objection to drone 😃👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

@@Droneauditsscotland I saw that 65k! and you need to renew it every 5 years I believe as those sites don't allow old caravans on the site. Mental rule that just for the sake of aesthetics.

Should do “Letham Feus Caravan Park” near Leven in Fife, There is “Fife Energy Park” where they used to build the old rigs jackets formerly RGC, there is Diago bottling plant in Leven but also the distillery at Windygates where they so have a biomass plant.

Thanks for the info mate 🤗 will look into it as seems Caravan Parks on a lot of viewers requests just Now plus that Diageo site much in my sights as had quite a few viewers mentioning it , seems Leven has got a few good places for Chopper to fly over so the area defo on Choppers Radar 😃👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Thanks Mate 🤗 Ahh I thought Port of Ayr was under the no fly zone for Prestwick and your right it’s just outside so have stuck it on Choppers Radar and hopefully get there soon , also see half the Race Course is half in no fly Zone and half not lol so it’s also on my Radar 🐎🏇😃👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

My plan for 2025 is to take days off and hope its not Wind or Raining so can target a few businesses in the one day in a certain area so any suggestions would be welcoming, most of Ayr is under No fly Zone which stop on Race Course so south of Race Course is ok if any in others in Ayr, the weather is KO me just now which so annoying as was wanting to build up a few for Christmas Shut Down 😮👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A massive thanks Das, I stayed in Sandylands in the late 90s brilliant place, great people, helpful friendly staff the one and only time I've been to the bingo what a laugh as I was mad wae it full of the scooby do's. My ma and da had a caravan there years ago and ended up selling it because it kept on getting tanned. I see the security isn't much better than it was back then.

That’s shocking mate 😮 you buy a caravan and pay site fees which ain’t cheap you would expect it never to get broken in too. Yeah I wasn’t exactly hiding when went on site I even aimed my Camera and recorded them in office to see if they would come out was about 10 mins later before they actually caught up with me, @ Craig Tara I got approached as soon as I went towards the gatehouse 🤔👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Looks like most of the vans are only insulated on one side. I had a caravan at Drimsynie holiday park on Lochgoilhead, not sure if you could fly a drone as Coulport is pretty close and there is a wee MoD place nearby.

With regards to the cold doing damage… you run down all the water, take sponge the water out the toilet, and disconnect the water from the mains in the winter.

Thanks Mate 🤗 yeah I have to agree about Craig Tara as much more facilities to use when compare the drone footage. One massive negative and not Sandylanda fault is the fact you need to drive straight past that slaughter house as it’s the only road in and out to the site, I can imagine that’s possibly upset a few kids over the year looking forward to their holiday & as soon as they get there they see loads of animals getting taken off a lorry and in to the slaughter 😮. oI flew over there after here as noticed all the seagulls had vanished as was dark so took the opportunity to fly over when no birds about , my 1st audit in the dark it should be uploaded Saturday midday 🐄🐑😮👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Delay in video mate, one will be posted tomorrow as had to go out with Chopper today as most businesses close on Friday & with Wind & Heavy Rain forecast for most of the coming week means had to jump today. We go there regular. Kid loves the entertainment. Park is open all year for owners I'm sure, although not all facilities open out of season.

Are you sure the owners can stay there all year round as I was told the same about Craig Tara and was only when I was there the security guard informed me the owners can go in and see their caravan during day to make sure it’s ok, put heating on etc but can’t stay in it overnight 🤔 A holiday is what you make of it and keeping the kids happy is one of the hardest parts so that’s a massive positive 😃👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
