you really did get in all the best spots on your tour. next time take a $7 train ride up to st jerome from downtown and you'll have access to Le Petit Train du Nord, which is 200km of bike path all the way up to Mont Laurier. if you want to go just half way, 91KM, you'll end up in Mont Tremblant which is a beautiful ski resort town. and if you don't want to take the train to st jerome there is actually a bike bath all the way from the city. was it NOFX you guys came to see?

Good to see someone who actually cycles in Ottawa! I love my bike but I don't cycle much because I'm near Bank and that street feels like an absolute death trap for bikes. I went to the Netherlands recently and if you haven't been, the cycling is exactly as good as people say. I used to live near this great long path sort of park we all called the Bird Sanctuary in Alta Vista, now that was great for bikes when I was a kid. It's small but I have fond memories of using it to get to my friends places.
