Absolutely nothing negative or disrespectful meant: why are you growing potatoes in your greenstalks? I’ve only even seen people grow potatoes in-ground or in deep raised beds since they need tons of space. If it’s for mobility, don’t you have metal rolling raised beds? Same question for onions and garlic.
@Mustardseedhomesteading20 күн бұрын
Hi! That’s a great question, I choose to grow them in my greenstalks because of the versatility and the success that I have had growing them in there. I also love the space that they save vertically as opposed to horizontal. When limited with space this is a great option to grow potatoes even if it’s a few pounds. I do agree that potatoes need space but I love to experiment and try new things especially when it comes to saving space. I do plan to try another method of growing potatoes, not just in the greenstalks, but I have not done that yet. I have also grown potatoes in very large grow bags, and I found that I had more success in the greenstalks. And with regards to onions and garlic, I had wonderful success with growing them in the greenstalks because they had their own individual space. I do grow onions in my raised beds too, and I planted some garlic in my raised beds as well, but with the greenstalks you can grow a tremendous amount of onions and garlic in a small space. And because I did have success growing them in the greenstalks that’s why I choose to continue to grow them in there. My largest onions and garlic have been from my greenstalks, it was super exciting to harvest. I hope this helps and I appreciate your questions. 😊

Fingers crossed I can get one this year (or early next year).

I do have a coupon code for $10 off $75 or more if you want to use it when you do purchase one, and the best time is to buy it with a sale too so it’s double the savings. I will say to they are pretty tough because I had one fall over and it didn’t break. Another thing is, I love inexpensive ways to garden too, and I did a whole budget bucket video where I collected free buckets from the grocery store, that was one of my favorite projects to do. Have a blessed day! ❤️😊

@MustardseedhomesteadingАй бұрын
Hi! This is in no way a promotional video. I truly enjoy purchasing from this company and I want to share that with others. If you feel that way then please don’t watch because you are saying something about me and my channel that is not true. You do not know me, and my heart is to truly share with others products and companies that I believe in. If there are other companies that are less expensive then by all means go and shop from them. Please do not say things about me that are not true.
@misfitnichole29 күн бұрын
That was not a promo video. That’s one of the bonuses of this channel is being able to share helpful information. For this company to support local and small businesses is amazing. I am a member of on online organic grocery store that delivers monthly to our home and when I compared prices for some of the same products Azure Standard was actually less expensive. Eating clean and healthy is not cheap period. That’s why we don’t eat out because that’s actually more expensive and you are getting basically poisoned at the same time.
@kimberlysmith67310 күн бұрын
Wow so much negativity for no reason🤔 Maybe you aren't aware but Azure Standard is a pretty well known company in the homesteading, natural minded homemaking, and even prepping communities here in KZbin land. A simple search before you decided to accuse a stranger of being underhanded would have yielded a TON of Azure Haul videos🤷♀️ They are popular and really helpful to people wanting to discover products and decide quantities in their own Azure orders. Anyone who joins Azure(which is 100%free of membership fees) receives a code after their first order that they can then share with WHOEVER they want to. The code gets the person 15% off their first order. You stated that there are other companies with better prices on bulk items..that may be true in some areas but i know in my particular area that isn't the case due to shipping rates. If I do find a better price on something of equal quality I simply buy it from there if I choose. Showing and talking about something you spent your own money on isn't a promotional video...do better please in the future and just keep strolling if it really bothers you that much.
